Alexander M. P. Perry, Esq.

  • (702) 560-5623

Mr. Perry is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for employees experiencing difficulties in the workplace, and obtaining maximum financial recovery for clients who have suffered wrongdoing at the hands of their employers. Mr. Perry has a strong track-record of helping employees, both individually and on a class action basis, recover unpaid overtime and minimum wages, improperly withheld commissions and expense reimbursements, and proper compensation for “off-the-clock” and “under-the-table” work. He advocates for equal treatment in the workplace, particularly for disabled employees who are often the target of discrimination and retaliation in response to reasonable accommodation requests. He also has extensive experience with contract and severance negotiations, and understands the importance of carefully balancing his clients’ finances, reputation, and career trajectory when entering or leaving a high-level position.

Mr. Perry takes a whole-client approach to the practice of law, and he works hard to familiarize himself with each client’s unique situation and goals, ensuring that each client’s overall best interest is put first. Whether pursuing aggressive litigation, or mediating an early negotiated resolution, Mr. Perry’s guiding light is always to do what is best for the client, not just what is good for the client’s case.

Mr. Perry is a Las Vegas native, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, majoring in Finance. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. While at Georgetown, he was Senior Editor of The Tax Lawyer, the Nation’s most prestigious legal journal on the subject of taxation. During law school, working with firms representing plaintiffs in Southern Nevada, he helped secure more than $200,000,000 in client recoveries, in matters ranging from violations of the United States Constitution to breach of contract and construction defect litigation. Prior to law school, he worked in the technology sector overseeing data storage, servers, and cloud computing systems for Switch, a globally recognized co-location center headquartered in Las Vegas.
